We check each piece before it leaves our shipping department. However, we stand behind our product and most certainly want happy customers. In the event that your product is defective or damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will either issue you a return label for the product or ask you to ship it back to us at our expense. We will promptly replace the product at our expense and do our best to minimize your inconvenience .
